Find Pictures and Stuff!

We get asked all the time where people can find photos, logos, and other items to put on their website. Below are some of the resources that we’ve either used, have been recommended to us, or have just come across.

Logos: You might try LogoMaker. They give you one free logo

Web Forms: We have used MailMeForms. They have a free deal with limited number of submissions per month.

HMTL Color Codes: Sometimes you have to enter the six digit color code in a page and this site is a good one to help figure out what color has which code!

Photos: Nothing makes a blog post or website more eye-catching than a great images.

Here a bunch of good places to get free stock photos online for your site for low cost. You might also want to check out Wiki-Commons which has lots of public-domain graphics as well as The Library of Congress photo collection for free pictures (mostly of historical subjects but lots of other stuff as well.)

Note: Although SOME of these sites feature free stock photos, you should read the terms, limitations, and licensing of each work that you use. We don’t endorse any of these sites.
